Please fill out the official address form using your purchase email only AFTER you have completed your purchase of a plan that includes a printed book.
If your purchased book is not listed in the delivery form, contact MedioraOne with your order ID to confirm the correct delivery details.
Important: Digital-only buyers should not submit this form. Filling this form does not grant or order a print edition; it only provides delivery details for an existing purchase of a plan that includes a printed book.
